Hello and welcome to another week of The Art of Caesura!

As usual, on this Winter Friday, I'm sending out positive vibes to you all across the world from this little corner of Ireland. Take some and pass them on.

Last week we examined my painting process for the allies of Oathsworn, this week we look at the completed quadret in all their glory.

I think these models really worked well with the gritty, desaturated style that resonates with me.

My wife and I have taken a break from our Oathsworn campaign for a little while now, but will have to get back into it to give our heroes an opportunity to die so that these allies can have their 60 seconds in the limelight!

I almost feel guilty for not having painted any highlights (aside from the dings on the metal) but, ultimately, I think they look fine without!

"The Skinny" - Scale 75 Flesh Paint Set Review

The complexion of a light-skinned face divides into three zones: The forehead has a light golden colour because it's freer of muscles and surface capillaries. The ears, cheeks and nose all lie within the central zone of the face. Those areas have more capillaries carrying oxygenated blood near the surface, causing the reddish colour...
