Hello, welcome back to The Art of Caesura!

I hope you have a fun weekend ahead! As always, I'm sending positivity your way, especially if you need it today.

Today is a fun one, we're picking up from last week's work-in-progress pictures of Horned Hellboy!

As I said a few weeks ago, photographing Hellboy is a bit tricky with my set-up. Really warm, saturated colours tend to muddle together a bit. Because of that, I'm not so sure how visible the different reds that I used on his skin are here, but regardless, he looks awesome!

What a fun mini! Hellboy gone full berserk, lining up a huge punch with his big right hook!

While I was painting this guy, I was wondering (and not for the first time) what is going on with Hellboy's hair: skullet-manbun-muttonchops combo. Quite the statement!

Painting all these Hellboy minis is really making me want to bust out the board game again. I'm actually re-reading the rule book in anticipation.

The complexion of a light-skinned face divides into three zones: The forehead has a light golden colour because it's freer of muscles and surface capillaries.
